I’m a licensed medical professional and psychotherapist working in the fields of mental health and substance-use disorders. I’m currently transitioning into private practice through my own therapy company. My mission is to support holistic well-being. Compassion, presence and constructive ways of relating are the foundation of my daily work.
I hold a specialization in psychiatry, special competence in addiction medicine and psychotherapy, a four-year training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I have in-depth knowledge and interest in psychedelic-assisted therapies — I completed an additional 200-hour training through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (2022), explored the topic in my psychotherapy thesis (2022) and contributed to Finland’s first clinical trial on psilocybin-assisted therapy for alcohol use disorder as a research therapist (2024). Over the years, I’ve had the joy and opportunity to teach many students and fellow clinicians on the topics of psychedelics, psychiatry and addiction medicine.
