What is your availability?

Currently I’m full (09/2025), but you’re welcome to contact me and ask for a place on the waiting list. When a new client space becomes available, I will offer it in order of the waiting list. You can send me a message through the Contact Form or email me directly. Share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy and when would be a good time for us to start working together.

How do I know if we are a good fit?

The introductory session is a chance to meet, feel the chemistry and ask questions. Meeting doesn’t obligate you to continue future or ongoing sessions. If it feels right, we can continue. If not, I’m happy to recommend other practitioners.

Who do you work with?

I work with adults and adolescents of all backgrounds who are longing for more self-connection, clarity and emotional freedom within themselves. I welcome people of all genders, sexual orientations, neurotypes and spiritual orientations. I especially enjoy working with people on a personal growth path—whether you’re new to therapy or have explored it before.

I read that you’re also a psychiatrist/addiction medicine specialist. Do you offer medical services?

Wise Wolf Therapeutics is a private healthcare company focused on therapy and does not offer medical services such as prescriptions, doctor’s statements or diagnostic assessments.

I work with holistic, relational, and body-oriented frameworks, grounded in a combination of:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Transpersonal psychology

My therapeutic approach is uniquely tailored to each client’s needs—attuning to your inner experience with curiosity and care. I support you in building a strong connection with your Self—your calm, clear, wise center—and in welcoming all the parts of you that may feel overwhelmed, stuck or rejected.

What kind of therapy do you offer?

We start where you are and with what is present—there’s no pressure to be or perform a certain way. Some sessions involve talking and deepening insight through dialogue, while others may focus more on sensing the body and tuning inward to connect with different parts. I follow the pace of your system and support you in meeting whatever arises in the moment: silence, emotion, laughter, confusion, clarity. All is welcome.

What happens in a typical session?

A single therapy session is 45 minutes. For most therapeutic processes, weekly sessions are recommended, as this helps build continuity, momentum and trust. Over time, some people shift to less frequent meetings. The overall duration of therapy depends on your needs, resources and the scope of change desired.

How long and how often will we work together?

Where do sessions take place?

I offer sessions online (via Brightlife platform) and in-person in Tampere (Flexio’s therapy center at Hämeenkatu). You’re welcome to choose the setting that feels most helpful or practical for you. Some clients begin in-person and later switch to online or vice versa. If needed, the booking platform allows you to select the online option for any session.

What are your fees?

• Introductory session: €60 / 45 minutes

• Private sessions: €100 / 45 minutes

• Kela-supported therapy: €120 / 45 minutes (of which Kela compensates €57.60)

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are charged in full. If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.

You’re welcome to email or message me via Brightlife Flow for practical matters (rescheduling, brief updates, etc.). For deeper processing and therapeutic content, I recommend we hold it for our session space.

Can I contact you between sessions?
