IFS Group Work (Coming 2026)

Together with trusted colleagues, fellow IFS Level 1 practitioners, we are preparing to launch a regular Internal Family Systems-based group offering.

This group will offer a safe and supportive space for collective healing and self-exploration, guided by the principles of IFS: inner harmony, compassionate self-leadership and respectful relationships with all parts of ourselves.

More information will be shared closer to the launch in 2026.

How I Work: Modalities & Philosophy

I am a licensed psychotherapist trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and also incorporate tools and insights from:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Mindfulness and somatic awareness

  • Psychiatric and medical experience

  • Altered states of consciousness

  • Trauma-informed care

My goal is always to meet you where you are—with approaches tailored to your needs and goals. The work is collaborative, compassionate and deeply respectful of your autonomy.

What to Expect

  • First Contact

You can reach out by email, phone or directly book an introductory session via the website. I’ll share basic information, availability and answer any questions you might have.

  • Introductory Session

This is a time for us to meet and see if we’re a good fit. I’ll share more about how I work and you’ll have space to share what’s bringing you here. There’s no pressure—just honest exploration.

  • Ongoing Therapy

If we decide to continue, we’ll meet weekly. The length of therapy depends on your needs: it could be one session, a brief series or a long-term journey. Every step is guided by mutual agreement, clarity and presence.

  • Ethical Foundation

I follow professional therapeutic ethics rooted in mutual respect, transparency and client-centered care. Confidentiality, safety, respect and autonomy are central to how I work.
