Oskari Ventilä

I am Oskari Ventilä, MD, psychiatrist, and licensed psychotherapist. My practice stands on an integrated foundation: rigorous medical and psychiatric expertise harmonized with deep, human-centered therapeutic understanding.

My professional path has taken me from acute psychiatric wards to addiction medicine, and ultimately to deep psychotherapeutic work. This diverse background, honed by years of lecturing to students and fellow clinicians, equips me to synthesize complex knowledge and convey it with exceptional clarity, understanding both the individual's inner world and the structural forces that impact our well-being.

Core Expertise: Psychiatry, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the research and clinical application of psychedelic-assisted therapies. This expertise is leveraged by my background in clinical teaching and knowledge synthesis.
